Please add statements to the app
Every time I need a statement I have to use a computer which is really inconvenient because I don’t have one, I would like to have access to everything on my phone. Why can I see everything other than my statements? It makes no sense

Love banking with Mobile the service is amazing. You walk into a branch and they are on you and if busy they let you know they are sorry your waiting. But waiting sometimes is a good reason. It’s because people come just be patient and you will receive the up most professional service. Thanks Mobile for everything.

Apple Pay / Tap to Pay
Great bank, and love the new website designs and app updates. When is Rave planning on getting tap to Pay and Apple Pay? Almost all the other local credit unions have it
Do not use this app
It is down constantly to the point I am changing banks because of how frustrating it is. No other mainstream bank app has this issue. Their servers are held together with silly string and hope.
Not working
For the past two to three months the app has not been allowing me to do anything with my account. I can’t manage my card nor make any transfers. I’ve been trying to report it stolen for two days now.

I moved to Fort Worth over three years ago.
Joined MOFCU two years prior to moving. Had no idea I was going to relocate. Financed a new car seamlessly, used the savings account and check account extensively. Absolutely no problems. The newer version of the mobile banking platform performs great with no problems. I am 100% mobile app. Highly recommended MOFCU.

Best Credit Union
I love banking with Mobile all credit union, they are the best place to handle your money and make sure everything goes smoothly. I can’t complain about them at all because they’ve helped me a lot. If you’re looking for a good bank or credit union I would recommend mobile all credit union hands up that’s it.
