I greatly appreciate and enjoy this app as its easy for me to navigate. Also, it makes sense that I can switch to English Language, that’s one of the issues travelers face, but here in this app, it’s being sorted. I definitely recommend this app.

the app’s checkout process is overly complicated. Requiring passport and phone numbers to buy a bus ticket is unnecessary, especially when you can pay directly on the bus without them. Simplifying this would greatly improve the user experience.
