I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please ensure that Settings > Privacy & Security > Go Cycling is set to "Always" and that "Precise Location" is turned on in your settings. Otherwise, the app is not able to track your location correctly. Please send an email to gocycling.app@gmail.com if that does not work.
