I have used this app for the last 3 yrs and it really has changed my life, and I’m constantly recommending it all my friends! No matter what the issues are! It has it ALL! My 15yr old high school son even enjoys the confidence one as a meditation. This helps my ADD so much, and I’m able to run my own business. I’ve been using this app for quite sometime, it’s literally changed my life and several of my friends lives and we couldn’t be more grateful.
