I am really in support of Grace and her mission to make hypnosis main stream.As I’m learning more about hypnosis, I see that it has so many applications for my life and I already have great results to show for it. I like having access to an app that gives me quick introductory sessions of hypnosis that are easy to follow and provide relief from anxiety or a quick pick me up. So far I have tried only the free stuff, but I love what I’ve done so far. Grace’s voice on the recordings is great for this as it’s calming and pleasant and positive. Great app for hypnosis. Here is where you start if you want to make change in your life!
Hypnosis is been a game changer for me. Issues that I've spent years trying to change myself or though talk therapy I've been able to address, learn where the problems were comiing from in my subconsous and make lasting change.... all quickly. This app has a free option and a paid option so if you can't do one on one hypnosis therapy this is the perfect place to get started! I love the calm, clean, and beautiful interface of this app, and the wide variety of sessions to tackle different issues you would like to work on. What also really stands out is the 1:1 option to have a custom experience, which has been amazing, and the stellar customer service from the Grace team. Some are good, some are recorded on an iPhone
Some recordings are great, and some sound like they were recorded on an iPhone 5. It makes me feel like the creator of the app doesn’t care enough about people who pay a lower price point for her services and only prioritizes high paying clients. Essential well-being tool
I been using this app since it was launched and it’s an essential tool in my daily well-being toolkit helping me stay healthy and well. There are a variety of different hypnosis sessions to listen to either for rest and calming a busy mind to focusing on a particular change you want to make. I’ve used many of them successfully to lose weight, sleep better, manage anxiety and to stop biting my nails as just a few. I highly recommend it.Show lessLynne OH
Powerfully life changing 💖
I’ve tried many meditation apps but hypnotherapy is by far the most effective. I usually fall asleep before I get to the end of these recordings.
I study psychology and highly value Grace Smith’s expertise in the MedCircle community. I find these meditations to be more powerful as the calming guidance of Grace gets to the core of the issue for deeper, more permanent emotional healing.
