Disappointed with update
After the update I no longer have the ability to use the L4 and R4 buttons and there is no way to remap them in order to use them again.Sne7
Launcher STILL can’t add games or emulators
Not sure how this is still an issue but it’s pathetic. Any game or emulator when trying to add to the launcher simply never adds. Over tried by the button on the controller and I’ve tried manually sharing the game with the app and it does nothing.Soraroarz

I like that there isn’t a subscription free to use features. That was pretty much the deciding factor for me. The hub itself it’s nice, all my games in one place.Dreno87

this app is trash i cant play my favorite game due to alot of lag on The app, so i got a refund and bought backbone because of the scam promising it would work. And backbone is amazing, i can play all my steam games, stream on twitch, and even remotely access my games and i can play all my xbox games on backbone, it can play 3000+ games and i can not have any lag when i play my games👍👍👍Show lessUeheushheoeb

Can’t add my games to Nexus library
CANNOT ADD ANY GAME TO NEXUS!
The selling point of the Kishi products, along with the hardware, is the software. Being able to categorize your mobile gaming library is one place is ideal, but never seems to work. The idea is there, I do like how you can see recommended games from both the App Store and cloud gaming but I am using the app to play MY games. I am following the provided instructions. Each time I try to launch the Nexus app in game (using the hardware button) or using the iOS share option, it doesn’t add the game. Super frustrating!Show lessluish1224

Not sure why I can’t download the app with the latest firmware. Mine stays at v1.0 and there is no options to update whatsoever. Please advise thank youLionkingroar
Still No Support For iPhone 15
I’ve been waiting patiently for a firmware update to make the Kishi V2 Pro compatible with my iPhone 15. There was a firmware update 4 months ago that did nothing to help. No buttons work. The app doesn’t work. The only thing that works is the pass through charging and the screenshot button which for some reason functions as the side button and locks the phone.
The app itself looks nice and seems to work smoothly but I can’t confirm since I can’t use the product it is supposed to be paired with. I was excited to use it because it looked nice and was free unlike the backbone app but alas I can’t do play any games the way the app is designed to be played.
I contacted Razer support to see if there was at least a timeline for the next update but no questions were answered straightforward. It’s basically a glorified charger at this point. I’m probably just going to look into getting a backbone and If razer ever makes their app and hardware iphone 15 compatible I’ll come back and edit my review.Show lessJusake

No iPhone 15 series support
The fact that you’re ignoring this segment of the market is absolutely terrible. As it stands, there’s no way to use the razor Kishi V2, with 100% compatibility, with iPhone 15 series. The app only supports lightning controllers. This should be a simple software patch to allow the usb-c version to work on iOS, yet 4 months has gone by since the iPhone 15’s and such a patch is nowhere to be seen.
