The app is okay, but have to keep resetting Face ID everyday, kinda of a pain

Ram connect

Your monthly charge is too high this is very bad, I’m your customer I’ll buy too expensive your truck why not provided free app this is very bad your truck is good,

Received email with promotion of 99 cents for 3 months

Been trying non-stop to activate it online and if won’t work! Tried using the laptop instead still no luck. I called and was told the promotion is only if I activate it online. Promo code works, I input all information and it won’t allow me to checkout still! What a false advertising to offer something that doesn’t even work!

Needs major updating

They need to pass this app off to a new developer. It has good potential. But it’s laggy. And it doesn’t show if the vehicle is running.
Interior temp would also be nice as other 3rd party options offer these.

Round and round

Many times I wanted to write a negative review about a nap, but ultimately decided not to because I could find a way around the problems. However, I will make an exception for this Ram app because the on boarding process is broken so badly, I found it impossible to use. The first major problem was using Apple login to create a new account and link it to my previous account. This resulted in a comedy of errors that took me round and round and round until I finally hacked away to make it work, but the second problem I couldn’t get past and that was to enter the VIN number for my vehicle. I have my VIN number stored in my Notes app, so I tried to copy and paste it into the app and it failed spectacularly. Then I tried to enter by the number manually and it seemed to work at first, but as soon as I went to the dashboard, it told me there were no vehicles! So I tried to enter the VI manually again, and it seemed to be successful and once again going back to the dashboard showed me no vehicles round and round and round. I almost threw my phone through the window.

New to this App

I was just testing app on my Ram to see the response times to unlock door, open door, horn, start truck, cancel engine, and it was very fast to do any of the above actions!
We will continue testing all other services offered, and review this app again at a later date.

Not worth it

Very minimal options
And no remote features after recent update.
Not worth paying for

It is not easy to register

The app is terrible. The customer cannot register the VIN alone, they have to call an attendant and even after registering, all functions are not released in the app. If there is a couple and they want access to the app, only one of them has access to the app, horrible.
