Worked for 12 hours

The app logged me out the first day I set up the camera. Now it comes up repeatedly with “Invalid credentials” I have uninstalled and reinstalled. At the time I have written this review I have called the 800 number 47 times trying to get help. The recording says due to high call volume and long wait times this que is closed. You 100% can’t get help. As I read the reviews they all respond call this number. I can assure you that number will get you no where. I can’t even log in to cancel the subscription. So now I bought a camera, I am paying for it monthly and I get zero from it. And I can’t cancel it. I own a lot of Bushnell products. I will never buy another one after this experience. Zero customer service after the sale. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card just so they stop the reoccurring billing. At this point I don’t feel like this is bad service, I feel like this is theft.

Don’t waste your money. Zero customer support, buggy app

Used to tell everyone these were the best cameras and ended up buying 10 of them. Only 2/10 will now connect to signal after one season. Tried calling and emailing bushnell for 2 weeks and received no email response and the phone line is has an automated response saying they’re unavailable. Now the 2 cameras that were working say the don’t have subscriptions and won’t send any pictures while they most definitely do have subscriptions. Absolutely stay away from these!

Not good

My cellucore20 worked perfectly until the free trial expired. Signed up for a paid plan and hasn’t worked since. Customer service never answers the phone. Finally got a return call weeks later, told camera was working well, not sure why data plan isn’t working, switched me to a different plan sad we were good to go…nope. And start the process over. Still not working. Waste of money

Hopeless

Won’t connect, poor manual, won’t recognise serial number. That’s just to get started

App needs updating

Camera works ok but app could really use more features to make it on par with other competitors. I would like to see an option for daily check in photos, a way to view videos with out going and getting sd card (kinda defeats purpose of a cell cam if I have to retrieve sd card), also set up mode to view what your camera sees while putting it out in the field, and much more user friendly way to tag/label pics.

EXCELLENT & easy to set up

I have two cellular trail cameras that I use on my property to augment my security system. My intention is to add more Bushnell cameras. They are reliable and this app is easy to use. You just name each camera to distinguish them from each other. LOVE! I get updates on my phone plus information is saved on the SD card.

Will not let me stay logged on

On one of my iPhone updates, it really messed up the this camera app. Since then I cannot stay logged in. I have to log in each time or go to my email to see the trail camera photos. Today the app refused to accept my password and would not email me a link to reset it. For $15 per month per camera, I expect better support.

Too many notifications

If you have your camera set to take multiple pictures it sends you a notification every five seconds or so. Why can’t I set it up so there’s only one notification not five every time it takes a block of photos?

App and camera are not good

The app kept changing the field scan times and overlapping scan 1 & 2. I had to call customer service because i wasnt getting any pictures. He was able to change the scan times to what i wanted. I received 5 or 6 pics and then it stopped again. I have a cellucore 30 trail cam with unlimited data. The camera is set to take pictures every 1 minute (I’m doing a time lapse of our home construction) so far both the camera and the app are garbage.

Even worse than huntsmart app

The huntsmart app at least lets you add cameras from other makers. The bushnell app insists on you entering a valid bushnell cam serial number. Then it looks like you have to sign up for a data plan. Unless you do this you can’t use the app at all. Plus they want a phone number, as if they really need that. Trail cams existed before all this internet connectivity. Big companies do not need to spy on you to stay in business. If you need an app and paid account to use a trail cam, then return the cam and try finding one from a maker who respects your privacy.

We maintain this relationship to ensure the best possible customer service and ensure connectivity works with appropriate coverage.
