Will not go past you have a voucher. Have had to go to emails take a photo and hope that will work. The help section is totally unhelpful.Cjkslade
Won’t load- no good
Received email confirming a new voucher had been issued but the app won’t load it or gets to area to pick supermarket and crashes. No customer services that you can talk to to get voucher via email instead- completely uselessSteffi1985

Stuck on processing
Absolute joke, wrote to you I don’t know how many times and nobody is helping, my voucher is stuck on processing! Can’t contact the school for help as there closed, this is a great help and I can’t even use it, extremely annoyed, and what’s the point of you having an option for HELP in you app if you can’t bloody HELP 🙄Show lesskelkelT
