This has been a lifesaver, I have been going through a lot of medical stuff and I haven't been able to drive. I have used it almost every day a few times a day. Super easy and efficient
Love riding TART connect. Estimated are generally accurate. Plan ahead and go. Watch the connection on your phone so you know when it is arriving. Super great and friendly drivers.Audigalca
Tried just one time.
Tried one time from Tahoe transit center to hotel. 12 minutes driver is here and sent me back. Tried the next two days morning the same route it says i need to wait for 60 minutes.?Scottcy
Unreliable
I requested pickup from the Everline resort to Sunnyside. One person. I was given an estimated wait of 68 minutes. The time estimate would decrease and then increase. After waiting 68 the app was saying I still had an estimated wait of 62 minutes. I ended up canceling and calling an Uber. What’s with the ETAs for the drivers?
I’ve been using Tart Connect frequently to get to work and so far it’s been great. But lately I’ll call a Tart and the wait time will go from 17 minutes to 70 minutes all of a sudden! Something’s wrong with the way the app is selecting routes or something. I hope this gets fixed soon!jara789&
