Hello Thanks for reporting this. There is indeed a previously-unnoticed problem with the app, in which it misbehaves on certain specific vivid blue/green colours (such as Dulux 'Jamaican Sea'). This is being corrected, and an update is planned for the coming days, mid-November 2023. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again for reporting. Nov 20 2023: Version 2.4.2, which corrects this problem, is now shipping, and the app should update to this automatically.
Not intuitive, basically useless

Please be assured that the app is in wide use and does work as stated. Would you have the patience to work through this, via email at support@findpaintcolor.com? If so, should be able to get you going, and also allow improving the app to help avoid others from later having similar issues. Thanks in advance!

Apologies for a crash defect (that could occur in very bright lighting) in a September 2022 update release. This has been fixed in Version 2.3.1, shipping early November 2022. Thanks to all users for your understanding. Full robustness has been restored, and the app should again meet your needs for high accuracy color matching.
