Pay no attention to the ratings.
I am returning this app and try to get my money back! I got it because of the high rating it had but either the people who gave it high praise do not know one rock from another or this app is seriously defected. I am only giving it one star because it is as low as you can go. The app could not tell the difference between a glass Pearl and a read rock. The most rock it would come up with was a clear facet stone, no matter what rock or color it was I took a picture of.

Edit: I tried to contact the developer and have had no response to get my money back! This is a bogus app!!!
Edit #2: while I received a response about how to cancel the subscription (which I did shortly after I realized the app is junk) I sent an email asking how to get a refund and got a response that the email no longer exists. Please don’t buy this app. I unfortunately paid for the $40 one with high hopes. So disappointed!!
I’m wondering how I would go about getting a refund for this. I tried some of the rocks that I KNOW what they are to test it out and received different results with different pictures.Show lessmmccue5575

I have a bunch of rough crystals, but it only shows polished/tumbled stones so it’s almost impossible to tell. The layout of the app is simple yet also confusingNobody Somebody Anybody?
