Dives being deleted

I can import my dives from the computer but within a few hours it’s been deleted with “no dives synced yet. Frustrating

Missing basic functionality

The app is okay, but is missing the ability to delete devices that have been paired with it. After two failed A2’s my app is getting cluttered with devices that cannot be removed.

This is pretty basic functionality and something that Scubapro’s developers have been promising to address for a few months now.

Moderately Good App

My main issue is though my HUD is set for Imperial the app displays the info in metric with no way to covert it back to imperial that I can tell. ScubaPro responded stating I could change it to imperial Under profile. Once in profile I needed to use “gear” button to get into those settings.

Response from developer

Hi, you can change to imperial measurements under Profile>⚙️>Unit of measurement. Best dive, SCUBAPRO Team

Imperial

I don’t know if this app is just incredibly not user friendly or if there really is not a way to change the settings to imperial measurements. The dive are logged in my computer with imperial but transferred to the app with metric and no way of switching in the app.

More crap software from Scubapro.

No way to transfer your dives from ver 1.0 to 2.0. You make it impossible to keep an electronic dive log.

Hi, we just released an update for the old logtrak version which adds the export functionality. Now you can transfer all your dives to the new app. Best dive, SCUBAPRO Team

Every bit as bad as the previous LogTrAK

Don’t waste your time with this. It’s no improvement over the previous LogTRAK, which also had horrible reviews, and both versions are a total discredit to a company that claims to sell the best in dive equipment.
Since you can’t import your logbook from previous LogTRAK, you’ll need to connect to your dive computer and import. Good luck with that. Took me five attempts to get the Bluetooth connection to my HUD, and the first import stalled at 15%. No way to reinitiate the import without disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth. So I did that, multiple connection attempts again to get it connected, and the next import stalled at 79%. The one after that stalled at 85%, then 100%, and 100%. Nothing actually got imported into the logbook. After 90 minutes trying to do an import that should have taken a minute, I’m done with this version.

Hi, I am very sorry to hear about your issues with the HUD. I tested it just now and it worked for me. We are also working on an update for the previous Logtrak version which includes an export feature to export all your dives. If you don't want to wait for the update please contact us under Profile>⚙️>Provide Feedback and I will help you transferring all your dives to the new app. Best dive, SCUBAPRO Team

Easily Import Dives from SCUBAPRO LogTRAK

This app is a great improvement! I was able to Import Dives from the Export available in the SCUBAPRO LogTRAK Windows desktop version. I stored the Export file in a OneDrive - Personal folder that I accessed from my device. All the details from my SCUBAPRO Aladin One and SCUBAPRO HUD are now saved in the SCUBAPRO LogTRAK app. Additionally the Dive Logs sync automatically with Android and Apple devices logged into the same account. The only downside is there is still no way to import into the MySSI app, but that is my training agency app and completely understandable. I maybe able to get away from paper logs altogether because I can now Sync Dives From Dive Computers in the field using Bluetooth!

Unusable

I have 300+ dives before i bought the G3 and there is no way to load past dives. Was hoping to eliminate the paper based log books but this app is do unwieldy it is impossible. The computer based version is no better. Tech support offers no solutions. Im stuck with my old log books.

Response from developer

Hi, you can add dives Manually to the App. Best Regards, Scubapro Team
