The time taken to fully answer my queries over the years has me wishing that oh so many other developers would embody the principle of supporting existing customers a priority, contrasted with just a new shiny object.
The ongoing improvements reflect a real understanding of how this is used in actual situations, as opposed to having to accommodate limitations of an app that appears to come from a lab environment.
