Bummer when only 1/2 rentals worked
Went with a friend. They had trouble with their phone and couldn’t upload photo or lock kayak upon return. Now charged $500 for missing kayak and no willingness no negotiate. Will not rent again. Could have bought 2 kayaks brand new for less.KS Mom72
Leaky kayak, life jacket too small
Title says it all. It’s clear that these kayaks don’t have enough eyes on them for maintenance. Mine had a slow leak on the bottom that led to me tipping by the end of things. Life jacket didn’t fit properly, even though the rentals are up to 300 pounds (I’m ~220 for reference, and it was WAY too small to clip up).

Okay Experience
There were some problems with the rental. There’s a number in the side of the cage that no one answer, just a voicemail telling you to leave you contact information.
The cage for the kayak didn’t unlock the first, second, third or even fourth time.

Great Boats and Service
We had visitors and it was great to be able to rent them kayaks on site.
Kayaks are fast and unsinkable, and lots of fun!
App is easy to use, and there are multiple locations locally!

Problem at first but,,,
Opened a door snd what I got was a paddle board, so had to return it snd start over. I hope I wasnt charged as it was not used.
Then started over and got a kayak but I tried to use the cart for transport to the water but we could not figure it out! So found someone to help me carry it to the water. Beautiful day!!Show lesssuzyreadsfir fun
