Kayaking on Howard marsh with my pup.
We had a great time! I called ahead to make sure dogs were allowed and was told they were. Charlie was good, though he’s much more used to my parents kayaks that don’t have drainage holes in the bottom. It’s okay, getting wet builds character! They provide lifejackets for humans, though of course Charlie-pup had his own. Just had to keep him from drinking marsh water when he wasn’t busy being concerned!Show lessAmeGermaine13769

I had difficulty trying to get the app to work during the return of the kayak. So due to that my rentals were no more than a minute late. All together with all three rentals it cost me and extra 60 dollars. I tried to call the company and still no response.Taylormart

Great Lake, but it’s really hard to find and the map is very unclear. Also in the wrong spot. In spite of the location though it’s a fun spot and reasonably priced.Elijah D Edwards
Rent fun
The going down the river was great. I had no problem with that. The part that didn’t get the good rating was trying to open up your guises container and put our stuff back. It is not very fun. It took us probably about 2030 minutes to be able to do that.Carma 1982
Beware of additional charges!
I used the app and rented for the first time Sunday. I did everything i was supposed to do but I was told that my app didn’t close properly so I was being charged $50 per kayak. That’s a total of $200 they are charging me for something that was not even my fault. They are electronic doors so they know each time they open and close and they can tell when I returned them, yet they charged me anyway even after I brought it to their attention. Not good business and must be a faulty app. I was told to just be careful and make sure my app closes better next time. … how am I supposed to know that the app didn’t close properly when I do everything I am prompted to do. ????Show lessAngrymom43

After 2 days of trying to access the membership I had just bought, I finally got it to work but I was charged twice for the membership. I have been emailing them for days to get $75 back that they took but refuse to answer as soon as I brought up the second charge. Complete scam and do not support these idiots.Show lessMaizie1653
