I tried for over 20 minutes to grade any card in my collection , the front was graded but the back could never read the borders, kinda pointless to have a grading system that only does half of the card, I almost damaged my Japanese holo mew to see what it would be, imma stick with cgc and psa for gradingShow lessenviousmurderer
Generated images aren’t showing
I honestly love the app I got no major complaints as of right now however I have a card graded but I never got the generated imagesBryan Alarcon

TERRIBLE FOR IPHONE
I have friends who have this app as well with android and have 0 issues with it me on the other hand has an iPhone and I keep getting the border error kinda ridiculous this problem was brought up a month ago as well and it still hasn’t been fixedPetrock51
Can’t log in
I can’t even log in to the app at all on any of my accounts. I can log in on the website from browsers. So why can’t I access my account via the appFruit fruitninjer

Poor app
Can’t even log in. The website and app are glitchy. Tried to sign up as new with my original credentials and says I already exist but when i enter my login information, it says it’s wrong. LameDdub08
It dose not even take my card in it just says an error message
tried grading a japanese vintage card but it did not work. i thought it might be the language so i tried my prime umbreon and it keeps on saying. border error, could not read borders…Ketan-cal

We temporarily paused instant grading, which caused some glitches and inaccuracies. But we've made significant updates since then. Please give us another try and let us know how it goes!
