Surprisingly bad

Everything else from Groundfloor is great. Not sure why the mobile app is so bad. Login doesn’t persist, the layout doesn’t adjust when toggling images on/off, and there’s no detailed breakdown of my investment performance, history, how much I’ve invested in each LRO, at a glance. Not useful, I’ll just use the mobile website.

Consistent returns at almost 10%

I’ve been investing with gGoundfloor for 2 years and averaging 9.7% on my investments. A lot of pons go into extended or default status but I’m actually getting a higher return on my extended loans (9.8%) than my total portfolio. My defaulted loans are still returning 7.1% interest.

The new auto investor account is great for the investor that just wants to transfer money on and let it gain interest without any additional work. I was part of the pilot so I’ve been using it for a while and it’s so much easier! All the fun of getting repayments without all the effort to choose individual opportunities.

Great app, easy to use and earn above market yield

This app is a game changer for the Groundfloor platform, and with interest rates being so high, I love that I can earn about market yields of 10%+!

Hard to Believe

I can’t believe how easy it is to invest on this app. But here I am, a year later. I’m thankful for the simplicity and content with the numbers. Keep it up Groundfloor. Who know’s, maybe I’ll utilize your other services in the future.

Underwhelming

The app is simple & plain - no concerns there. However, their money management is uses an unreliable & broken system which cannot be repaired. So if you put money in and there suddenly a disconnect with your bank account, there’s no way to get your money out - not even by check.

Thanks for your feedback. Regarding transfer restrictions - we do have strict policies in place to prevent transfers between multiple banks, but that is to protect our investors from someone using their account for fraudulent purposes. For example, we need to prevent the case where someone logs into your account, switches your bank account, and then transfers your money out to their bank account. An identity thief can be very talented in pretending to be you, so we need to have very strict rules about switching bank accounts. To prevent this, we put time restrictions on changing bank accounts. After the transfer lockout period is over, you can switch to a new bank and transfer your money into it without restriction. You also restore your bank account connection to the previous bank and transfer money to that same account. We support multiple ways of reconnecting your bank account.

Nice App but not all there

This app has a really nice look and feel but is really only designed for the entry level investor. There is no listing of the individual LROs and it does not show anything about the notes available on the website. It doesn’t even show my full account balance because it ignores the money invested in notes.

Website is good, app is useless

Please, please, please, create a functional app. I don’t know what the goal was for this app, so maybe you’ve met it and therefore it was a success, but it’s basically useless. Just use the web version, even on your phone. App is useless
