I have been using this app for over two years. With the recent update, it removed 1/3 of my clients and all their info.
Thinking I can access the clients with the new paid subscription, I tried to use the 7 day trial for their premium service and even though it said it the description I would not be charged, I was charged the 19.99… THEN after I tried to log into my account, the app was saying the account associated with my email did not exist, losing two years worth of client data and information critical to their fitness program.
There is no way to contact the developers other than via email, which they have been extremely slow to respond.. I will never suggest this to anyone as their customer service and app

Your data is not lost- please make sure to update to the new version, thank you so much for using my app for the last 2 years and I'm sorry for the confusion! Please update your review if everything is working smoothly now. Do not recommend update! The app was recently updated and it no longer lists the number of sessions directly next to the name. This is an inconvenience, as you have to individually click on each client to see how many sessions they have remaining. I highly suggest reverting back, otherwise I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the new design. Due to there being 3 possible types of sessions we decided it was best to not display it on the client list so it would not look so cluttered. You can always leave feedback and make suggestions in the app or directly to info@PTSessions.com. Thank you.I don’t know what kind of updates you guys made, but you lost my entire data. I had like 12 clients on here and now i can only see 3 and j have no clue how many sessions each of them have left.

Thank you!It is a good simple app but all my sessions were deleted when you sent the update. I lost all my session count maybe you should fix that because to someone like myself we rely on it to keep an accurate track of my clients sessions who pay premium dollar. Thank you.

It’s super simple and exactly what I wanted. However it’s extremely buggy to the point that I might have to just use something else. When signing sessions off it’ll almost always count the sessions twice. When I go back to try to add more sessions after deleting the extra one, it’ll also double up and add 2 sessions if I just put in 1. It’ll take me about 5-6 tries of deleting and readding sessions before it finally works properly and only adds in one session. I really wish this app was working properly, then it would be 5 stars. However, in its current state, I would not recommend getting this app for the 5$ that it costs.

Hello! I'm so happy we were able to resolve your problem quickly. Thank you for using my app! I've been using this app for several months now to much delight until recently. There are now two bugs that pop up frequently when using my iPad. They are as follows :
1. When opening up a client's signing page it frequently opens up a different client's page and not the one I pressed. I am forced to close and open up the app several times in order to fix this...which is only temporarily.
2. After the client signs and then touches the "save" button, it's about a 50/50 chance that the app will shut down and NOT register the used session or save the signature.
Please help with this tech guys!
