This app makes it easier to push myself even harder. Love how it has workouts that range from 10 minutes to an hour so I can fit into my day. No room for excuses! There’s also an option to filter depending on what I want to work out and what equipment I have. I never get bored with the new stuff posted regularly. Definitely one of my favorites!Show lessEcfffff

Been using the app for my morning exercises since it's been released and I absolutely love it! You can tell the content was made with love, the layout is clean, minimal, and easy to navigate through - and I appreciate how they have a feature where I can navigate through other apps and still have my workout playing. I've just started one of the exercise series on here but there's a bunch of content for us to explore and choose from, and on top of that, Adrienne's weekly livestream classes are all recorded and uploaded to the app! Which is really helpful because sometimes I wake up too late for her sessions haha. I'm obsessed with this new app and so will you! Adrienne’s barre classes are super challenging and effective.
