Maybe you saw this app in an ad and are wondering “is this actually going to take me to my next level?”

The answer is yes. I’ve been doing these lessons for 2.5 years. It got me through tough times with Covid, unemployment, and just general life. Don’t hesitate. This is your answer.

Great app but bugs…

I have noticed some issues with the app that I would like to address:

1. The app is generally good, but I encountered some bugs that are hindering my progress. I am unable to change my journey based on my interests, and I am unsure what to do after completing all the lessons on the page.

2. Despite making progress, I encountered a problem where the next lesson cannot be opened. The system is indicating that I need to complete the previous lesson, even though I have already done so.

3. While the Stoic lessons are generally good, I have found some content to be too generic or business-oriented. I would prefer the content to be more aligned with the original teachings of Marcus Aurelius.

4. The Explore tab is not very useful, as it feels random and requires too many clicks to find the topics I am interested in.

Fantastic

I have had the app for just a few hours and I can already see that it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I cannot not only journal, but I can also speak to great historical philosophers and do many lessons every day. This will all help me with my well-being, I couldn’t recommend this more.

Awesome Lessons and Organization

I struggle a lot with my own thoughts and feelings but this app has helped me at least learn how to see things clearer and be more mindful of handling them.

Super high quality

Love the app so far! The lessons and journal entries are laid out very well and are easy to follow along with.

The only thing I wish this app had is a lifetime subscription instead of monthly/annually. Other than that great job!

fun but..

I am frustrated with this app. First of all, I use voice text a lot. It really helps me in getting my thoughts down quickly. however, voice text does not work in the app. It will show all of the text but when I press enter, it disappears and turns into a blank bubble, or it just disappears altogether. There are also not as many philosophers as I thought there would be. Also, when you are in the chat, the keyboard takes up half the screen and doesn’t go away once you are done typing, so you have to look at what the philosopher is saying on maybe a third of the screen. these are frustrating glitches for an app that is so expensive. I hope these issues can be resolved.

Amazing app! Not the best login though..

I love this app. The philosophy is wonderful and the courses are well laid out. You can actually get daily lessons without constantly reaching paywalls but there’s still reason to purchase the subscription and unlock all the extra. My only problem is that recently I switched iPhones and I lost my account because there’s no way to change your password once you’re logged out.

Needs a dark mode ASAP

I love the app and what it has to teach us. I tend to use it later in the day or at night and it’s often too bright even with my brightness down. The application needs a dark mode. If a dark mode is introduced, I’ll gladly pay $30 a year for the application.
