Latest update remote unlock not working
Latest update has disabled remote door unlock using dahua doorstation, not happy with latest update

i downloaded it on my iphone so i can access our cctv at home but it says this device cannot be added😉😉😉
Can’t access and no one to contact
I added this app so I could monitor security cameras at my building. QR code scans correctly but when I try to add it, I get a message stating that my device (iPhone) can’t be added.
There’s absolutely nowhere to go to find tech support for this app. What a waste.
