I love the Clay Health App
It’s really easy to use and I’ve never had something so adaptable to my individual health needs. You don’t have to conform to the style of a therapist or compare yourself with anyone else. Identify what’s missing from the state of your mental health and get started fixing it!
Great app to help with mental health
I can’t say enough good things about this app from the free one on one session to the workout plans I took advantage of the seven day free trial which could be canceled at any time I thought I would cancel after the seven days however when I saw all the different options I decided to keep it topics like quieting your innercritic to improving my marriage to less chaos to less worrying allowed me to help with a variety of issues especially helpful during these COVID times it’s it’s easier talking to someone on the app and driving into town if on site therapist even allow you in the office anymore in addition I liked how I answered questions to get a tailored response I’ve recommended this site to family and friends helpful therapy at a low price.

I find this app very helpful. It starts by asking you a few questions to tailor the help to your needs and suggests “journeys” for you to follow to achieve your goals! There are a few different journeys which can help in different aspects of mental health. The sessions are also simple and easy to follow and short enough to fit into tour routine! Overall this app is really useful.

Easy and effective
I’ve always been apprehensive to seek support from people when things are hard, which is irrational but also relatable to many. I downloaded this app hoping it would help me work through my mental health issues without having to organise myself and make appointments etc as that’s the last thing I feel like doing when things aren’t going well. I am very happy with my experience so far. The app has helped me consciously work towards a healthier mental state without any drawbacks or difficulties. Very easy to use and a great concept well executed.

Clay: Mental Health Club is an easily accessible app that provides valuable guidance into your own mental health and ways in which you can improve it. Upon creating an account you are presented with a couple easy to answer questions that help to tailor a personalised plan that suits your needs best. Yet you are not limited to these tailored schemes and there are a broad range of exercises, programmes and counsellors available for you to use. Mental health is a very important topic to destigmatise the discussion of and Clay represents an essential tool for this.

Great App
This is a great app, it starts with a questionnaire that helps the app tailor a personal programme suited to you that helps give you the tools to improve your mental health. I have started using it alongside my counselling and it contains exactly the sort of meditation and thought exercises I have been recommended to use in order to quell my anxiety, its been really useful.

Supportive
The questionnaire when you first download Clay gave me hope it would be a tailored experience and this rang true. I liked the variety of tools on offer including counselling sessions, especially as these can be so difficult to access through the NHS and going private is much more costly than the Clay subscription. I also think it could be useful in between ‘bad spells’ to try to maintain good mental health as opposed to waiting for things to get bad again.

It is such an easy way to access support, and the personalised nature of the app makes it really simple get specific help. It has really helped me to put myself and my well-being first which in turn it has really helped in many aspects of my life.
