A positive and engaging support system for my mental health
Being a university student there are multiple pressures exerted on me throughout daily life, which can lead me to feel stressed and negative mentally. Clay is brilliant because it can support me through these times via the interactive workshops and coaching sessions. I’m really impressed by the 6 week plan it has set out for me and the app itself is really easy to use. Highly recommend!

Perfect mental health support for students!
At uni a lot of the time it’s really difficult to find a good balance between work and mental health- I’m in third year and the workload I’ve had recently has especially taken a toll on my wellbeing. My friend recommended I try out clay and it’s made a big difference already- obviously these things aren’t instant but the app has set out a long term plan I’ve been sticking to I’ve already noticed some changes. The workshops especially are a huge bonus as at uni these sort of things take months to get onto because of extremely long waiting lists. Would highly recommend for any student who’s trying to balance their well-being and their workload!

This app is an amazing everyday tool and is so simple, yet effectively to use. With just a few questions it creates useful suggestions to alter your daily routine to make you happier, more productive and balance work and play. From daily 2 minute check ins to longer term coaching, it’s flexible around schedules and always on hand to re-focus your mind.

Clay has won me over!
I have to admit at first I was sceptical of online mental health support, but clay really is brilliant! The experience on the app is intuitive to use, the advice is helpful and relevant (without sounding formulaic and empty like other apps I have tried), and the 4-6 week plans made me feel like I could really understand how i was going to make progress with my mental health. I’m excited to make it a consistent part of my routine.
