  • Severe shortages of Cashiers

    The Sheridan store is very understaffed. Many times there is only one cashier. On Wednesday, there “Senior Discount Day” I have seen 6-8 + people in line waiting to check out. They have one cashier and closed all self checkouts because no one is able to staff those. Early evenings, they have one cashier with people lined up to check out. I personally have left without purchasing anything and have seen numerous others do the same.
    I use Ridleys pharmacy and have always had the Very Best Service. It would make sense to get my groceries when I pick up a prescription, however, most times I don’t.

  • Dishonest

    Digital coupons advertised in-store don’t actually exist within the app. I went into the Hyrum, Utah store for Herdez salsa that was originally priced at $3.99. There were multiple physical advertisements about an in-app digital coupon for $2 off. I couldn’t find it and asked an associate for help, even brought one of the advertisements to show the associate. She talked to someone else and they wouldn't honor the price even though I had the app. Also, prices in store are more expensive than in the app. I went to purchase Food Club cake mix advertised in the app for $.50 off of the original $1.49 price. The cake mix rung up at $1.99. Very misleading and dishonest. This place will not last much longer.

  • Search doesnt work

    Cant look for coupon for item in search. Have to scroll through whole list. If the sear worked it would be fine
  • Does not work. Zero customer service

    Horrible app.
    I have tried several times to get the app to log in. It will not. I enter the same email and password I log into my web account and it says “email and password do not match” I enter advantage number and it try’s to verify to an email I do not, nor have I ever had. I’m can enter ALL my data including advantage card and it can’t find me. Everything is correct in my online account- but the app cannot get pasted the wrong email address I’ve never had. Try to log in with my correct email to say no account exsists (I can log into the web with it). I’ve tried several times over several months to contact customer support about it and have gotten ZERO response. I give up and am deleting this ap. It’s garbage. Don’t waist your time supporting a store with no customer service.

  • App doesn’t work

    I cannot get the app to work to receive any of the perks. I have deleted the app many times and still won’t work. I have spent hours trying to get it to work with the help of Ridley employees. Still won’t work. It is easier to drive an hour to Winco and not have to deal with any coupons.
  • Horrible app design

    Only real grocery store in our town nice to have the app for saving a couple cents on things here and there. Except now we can’t access our account anymore says our account doesn’t exist. Odd cause the phone number still works in store.
  • Absolute junk!!!

    App never works and just goes blank. Just give the sale price if your stupid app isn’t going to work to add the coupons. Not to mention with all the spelling errors on it looks like it was created by a 5 year old. Luckily there’s an Albertsons across the street from Ridleys and have since started going their. Not to mention their store is cleaner and their app actually works!

  • Absolutely a stupid idea!!!!!

    So if I come into your store and a item is on sale I don’t get the sale price unless I choose it on the the freaking app???
    What are you going to do about elderly people who don’t even have cell phones?
    I have supported my local grocery for years but I think it’s time to change to a store that just gives me the sale price when I go in, and not have to waste my time with an app!!!!!

  • Extra unnecessary hassle

    I’d never heard of this but saw a price at the store that looked good. I saw that it said “digital coupon” on the sign. So I downloaded the app while I shopped. I put in my phone number and my advantage number but it just kept asking for more information. Information that Ridley’s already has with my Advantage Card. I’m in line trying to get it to work. The cashier can’t help and starts letting people go ahead of me. I’m not an idiot, I’ve shopped with Ridley’s for 30 years but now I’m embarrassed. I walked away. Other stores are cheaper but I shop at Ridley’s to support the “hometown”. I live in Jerome where their headquarters is. But I won’t be back. The “20 minutes” it would take to mess with the app will get me to Winco where there is no added hassle.
