Copy of Nova Empire

I tried this game because the space mmorts I play called Nova Empire, is slowly dying and requires extreme amount of money to keep up and have any chance of fair battle. I would caution anyone from playing this, it seems to be heading in the same direction. The devs may say that this game is ‘totally unique’ but they would clearly be lying… the ships are the same, the in-game currency is the same…there are a few features they added on that make it a little different, but the base design is Nova Empire. It seems to me they wanted to repackage NE as it was very popular in its first 3 years and make another round of money as people look for an active game player base but without the developers doing any significant design work since they just kidnapped most of the artwork and UI. This game will continue to get complex and force you to spend more and more to keep playing with your online buddies…so just avoid it to start.

Thank you for your feedback. Space Armada is a free to play game and we are devoted to providing the best experience to all types of players! You also have different ways to switch server if you feel overpowered on your current one.

Tried it twice but

Its slow and finding the right ore is often tedious especially as you get incoming attacks every 30 seconds from npcs. Just let us mine in peace

Exciting enough

Interesting game but rewards and free stuff constantly mean there is really no skill. If you like the dopamine rush of rewards ALL THE TIME this is for you

Great game but…

This game is actually really good, but I have to give it one star solely for the imbalance that’s created by the in app purchases. Those of us who aren’t “wallet warriors” don’t have a fair chance at advancement or at winning events because of the fact that people can just buy their way to the top. It’s obnoxious and makes the gameplay suck for anyone else who wants to play. The devs need to separate the players into different servers. Put the heavy spenders in one server and put the rest of us who are not heavy spenders in another server. That would solve the problem quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. There are many ways to progress in Space Armada without spending any money. A strong alliance will protect you from powerful enemies and you can also get good advice on Discord or on our wiki!

More complex than appears

Lot’s of tweaking ships and fleets to optimize. Battles are very very weakly done. Automated circling in 3D or across sides in 2 D. No positioning advantage and no in battle micro management for tactical difference. Is a lot of grinding but can rapidly climb up doing so. More 2nd and 3rd level hidden menus than novice players ever dreamed could be involved. Can seem a chore but if you want rewards you have to do the work!

Nova Armada

Loving this game so far. I really like the strategy elements of the game. The space station building element, and fleet building element of the game are fun. Also love the combat aspect of the game.

Do have one question about the game mechanics though. Is there a way to adjust the settings, and turn off the music.

Very woke

Have a look for yourself. All of the admirals and captains are either women or black. No white males. Incredible. I won’t play political games.

Expensive money pit

Game play is fun, at first free can be reasonably competitive. but then you pay $100 for just that edge to catch back up. then again. Then another contest and people pay $300 or $500 to win. And then another and another. Pay to win on a scale i have never witnessed. And i have played MANY games! I paid some. More than i should have. But to keep up with the jones you will need to endlessly pay hundreds every other week. also, 8 real life death threats from 3 players. devs did NOTHING to stop this.
