much more functional app

more a 4.5, but rounded up. this app is so much better than the previous one. everything loads quickly and seamlessly. would still like to see hours + half hour slots all at once. and would love to be able to switch between locations from the site specific booking pages themselves. a bit more spenny than it used to be, and don't necessarily feel like the differential between the most//least expensive slots averages out the same.

Hey! Thanks for the feedback - this has been taken onboard! In regards to the half hour slots being separate, this was a decision made due to multiple pieces of feedback on concerns of overlaps where users asked if somebody would start mid-way through their session. To stop this concern, we wanted to make it obvious you could book on the hour, or half hour. We are also always reviewing pricing and the new dynamic model!

Great app

Great app & layout - really user friendly & easy to use to book sessions in the different gyms across London. The solo 60 gyms are great to train my clients in a private location which is always clean with good equipment.

Great app and easy to use

I started with Solo 60 a couple of months ago, after endless visits to local gyms to find somewhere I felt comfortable enough to train. Since starting here, I have gotten into the gym routine I’ve been wanting to for ages.

The new version of the app is easy to navigate and book. It also is easy to see what sessions you have booked and how many credits you have left, helps keep you on track.

It is a great studio to go on your lunch break or before work.

Great faculty

This is a great concept. So simple to book and quickly pop out for a workout. The Shoreditch space is just round the corner from my office, so no excuses!
The gym space is always clean and the equipment is high end. A really nice space to workout and get 60 minutes of headspace.

Not as good as it used to be.

I prefer the older app - the interface of this is so clunky. Also, the price of an hour session used to be £25 from about 6am - 9pm then it would be slightly cheaper and then at the cheapest in the middle of the night. Prices have shot up, I tried to book a 7am session and it was 17 credits - £34!!! Nothing about the quality of the gym has improved, putting Solo60 on the likes of class pass has absolutely ruined it. Save your money and buy a gym membership.

Hi there, we are sad to see this review! Firstly, the interface/experience should be seamless as tested on multiple devices, so we'd love to look more into this. Regarding the pricing model - we would also like to discuss our new credit structure. We believe there has been some confusion on how it works and how to get the most value. Dependent on the pack you purchase it should be *cheaper* than the old pay-as-you-go pricing and we believe you might be looking at on-demand packs, which are meant for small top-ups so that you can use your full pack in times that you need to buy a few credits to get your next session.
