  • Sign in not working

    For about a month, I’ve not been able to login through the app.

  • I can never log in

    There’s no use in having this app. It locks my account every time I try and log in because it says my credentials are wrong. It’s so annoying. I have asked the bank for help and they’re not any, so if I want to use mobile banking I have to use safari on my phone. Please make this app where all your customers can use it.

    Wish you would make it where we can see our checks pending again on the app.
  • Rude / inexperienced staff

    Recently I went into this bank with my husband who opened a checking account here. Mostly because it used to be a Wells Fargo years ago and something else. The woman couldn’t understand that it was his account not mine and I believe this was a bank manager. She keep making jokes and acting goofy. She didn’t know the lady at the counter‘s name and had to walk up there to get her to close her screen she left open so she could go ahead and do what she was doing for us on her computer. I don’t see anybody at his bank very few were going through the drive-through. They have recently merged with heritage. My guess is just for customers. Since they don’t hardly have any. I told my husband he should be ashamed and take his money to a real bank just place is a disaster

    Pretty difficult to maneuver around and just even transferring money was hard to find the transfer button on here. Please consider a revamp

    Why do you have to sign in AFTER you have already signed in?????
  • No longer a home town bank

    Do not appreciate customer service based in Dallas Texas. You are no longer a name with them, but just a number.
  • Comments on new app

    Too many steps added to make a transfer. I don’t like how the app tries to make you add face recognition at all. If I wanted it I’d ask for it. And I use to be able to see pending check deposits. That’s no longer available.
