Steer clear of the scale and company in general. I have used the scale and the app for approximately a year and a half through and have been able to track basic things such as weight, BMI, muscle mass, etc with no problems. Then all of a sudden they do a forced app update and they took all those feature away and you can’t even access historical data! It took them a long time, but this is the definition of a bait and switch. Ignore whatever cheesy reply they provide to this review and keep in mind that I’ve had this scale for well over a year and have been able to access all these features at no cost, as advertised and then they changed it with no notice. Totally unacceptable. Scummy move!

Can’t recommend
I paid $60 or more dollars for this watch and for a while it was doing everything that it promised to do. But now it no longer does anything, I can’t even reset the correct time all it does is ask me for $24.99 per month to go premium. There was no need to go premium initially, I could adjust the time track my sleep and activity as well as get notified of texts and emails, now it is holding me hostage and I can’t get ahold of support to find out what’s wrong. Maybe m doing something wrong? Who knows? No stars, when I gave it one star the app deleted my comments so I gave it 5 stars to leave the review.

Forced purchase after initial membership expires
I really did enjoy the product and found it to be a fantastic unit, however, when the initial membership expired, the app tried to force me to purchase premium membership at $29.95 per month.
Not reasonable for what it is and left a really bitter tastein my mouth has the unit and no longer be updated or synced to correct time

I’m not pleased with Kors because I cannot get into my account unless I pay 24.99 upfront. I do not want to pay upfront. I paid $200.00 for 2 of Kors. I will NOT be getting another Kors watch
Once Great - Now ?
Used to work very well but in last few months slowly locked me out of usable features & health fitness tracking. Once was free - now wants to charge me monthly fees - only a few fitness & life monitoring applications available without paying subscription - pity because it was good - beware! The Kore Tracker Bands last 1 year before they break !!! I have spent more $$$$ on replacement bands & postage fees than I did on the original purchase - I continue to use Kore but keep wondering how much longer?

Rubbish company
My watch actually worked which I understand is unusual. However now, in order to make the watch actually work the Rubbish company insists that I have to pay $US49/month. That’s extortion and in my country illegal.
Accurate but pricey. More valuable alternatives
There is no way to justify the $20/mo required subscription for the full access to this scale, especially after paying $100 for the scale itself.
Amazfit is half the price with a free app that tracks the same metrics. It is slightly less accurate, but only slightly. For the overall value, it’s a better purchase.
For example, on the more reliable KoreHealth 2 scale, my metrics were almost exactly the same on the Amazfit scale, with the exception of body fat. It was about 19.5% on Kore and about 20.2% on Amazfit. There were slight variances with bone density as well. Overall, it was worth it to me to switch to Amazfit
