Gone thru two different Tech Supports, still not connecting to my phone or app. Legit brought the grill inside my home right next to the router! Nothing is connecting. What a disappointment!

The only thing worse than this grill is the “app”
Loses connection constantly
I use this with my Oakford 790 and the Bluetooth connection is constantly having trouble connecting and staying connected once it is; they should have just done WiFi instead of Bluetooth as it’s almost useless if you’re more than 25 feet from the grill.
Doesn’t work
App will not show my grill in the connected devices list despite going through & successfully completing the “add new product” steps.
It worked about a year ago when I first bought the grill but even then the connection was very inconsistent.

Completely illogical App
Can’t read the current probe temperature. There is no alarm for when the desired probe temperature is reached. It makes no sense at all.

This app is fine when it’s working. But most of the time when I’m going to use it, the app don’t have the grill like I never added it. I start all over again and then the app gets frozen…so frustrating!!
Terrible app
I have to be standing right next to the smoker for the app to work. What’s the point??
Helps those long cooks
The app is great at showing me the temperature of the grill and the food when I use the meat probe. I can watch the cook on my phone from the house or when I’m headed to the store to pick up the ingredients I forgot the first time.
Doesn’t even work can’t pair grill and iPhone
