Paid for season pass - But not getting the end coins?
I love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention.
I paid for the free pass - evidently which just ended.
However - I can’t open/play the game. It opens and screen shot shows “pass ended - get coin” but freezes.
So I’m not getting the coins - last I saw was at least 4000. Also since it will not let me play - I lost out on finishing up the last item needed to get the daily coins, energy and parts! Also missing out on today’s options.....
Still LOVE this game though :)

UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Thank you for the quick response and fix and replacement “benefits”. I NEED to go do some matching now :)

I love playing this game! I’ve reached the end of 14 levels and waiting for new ones to come out. I hope it’s not going to be too long of a wait. So I go to pay for items it says it goes through and then it says that it cancelled the payment. But it still takes the money with no gifts. What is up with that. I’m going to have to uninstall the game and not play. I really like the game. I don’t want to have to do that. Please help.d-rondo

You asked me to update to 3.1.1, but my game is already updated and still having the problem. I tried to click the support button in the app, but it just takes me to my email and then nothing happens from there - no address to send to populates or anything. So…I’m having to connect thru a review. If you send me the report address here, I can connect thru a more efficient medium.
I enjoy this game, but this most recent update some items that are supposed to produce have not. Examples are the camellia and the pine cone in the camping event. The red timer shows up, but then it goes away and does not leave behind the item it is supposed to produce. Out of frustration, I had to use gems to buy a rose petal so I could complete a task. Please fix as you can’t really complete orders without those dropped items.Show lesswish4uk

Just downloaded this. Been playing a couple hours already! Love this! Wish there was a group on fb, tho. And your fb pages are not kept up to date. Also, would be nice to log in through fb so we wouldn’t lose our progress - in case something happens.no6of6
Needs improvement
After latest update I was finally able to move to episode 8 however after a few tasks I now have only two tasks that ask for things that I have now generators for: a turtle, watering can. I haven’t been able to move on once again. I have the whole board unlocked but I have only the greenhouse generator and the grass generator for birds/bugs. I am so frustrated as I really like this game but I can’t make any progressShow lessRebaFan21

I have been really enjoying this game and have put a significant amount of money into playing it, but once the windmill venue appeared, the game froze. I dumped the game and then readded it back 4 times, but every time to got to the part where you are supposed to recharge a microchip with a battery, it freezes. This is extremely frustrating, and I hope this glitch is being worked on.Show lesstebb2
This game bites
It comes with no instructions and I can’t get out of the diner or lighthouse. When the game does have something new like the fair right now, I still get the same drinks and too much stuff is covered in cobwebs which, I can’t get rid of. Same thing with Christmas.
