  • I love the game but…

    With the update this morning the game will not open. It get to 90% and stops. I couldn’t find any other way to contact you so I am doing it this way.

    I deleted and reinstalled. That worked. I do think that there should be a way to contact your support in the event the game doesn’t load. I changed the stars up to 5 since I do love the game!

The number sometimes appears in the lower right corner of the loading screen. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.   • Constant Pop-up Ads

    The game constantly pops up ads when navigating through menus, after making matches, and after a certain amount of time playing. There is no option to pay to remove the pop-up ads. The gameplay is ruined by both the ads and the frequency of them. Definitely not interested in playing a game to get frequently forced to watch ads.

  • Stuck

    Edit: I was able to get this situation resolved by contacting the support link. They did it quick and I appreciated that.

    I really enjoyed this game until I got to episode 6 chapter 4. I have requests but no clue how to get the source. Counters also has no help online. Completely stuck here.

    I’ve been playing for a while and today one of the areas won’t work and if I go to that place it freezes.
  • Loom & Cloth

    I’ve gotten to ep 4 and two tasks need a loom to make cloth, but I do not have a loom. I do not understand how to get one, especially when one of the rewards for the episode is a loom. I have no other tasks I can complete. Because of this I can’t progress.
  • Won’t open

    For the past two days, the game will get just past the loading screen and show that I’m signed in and then nothing. It won’t respond to anything. I’m getting extremely frustrated considering I paid for the game and now can’t play it
  • Update not great

    Good game but latest update doesn’t allow you to move from Location to location without going back to the main map. Also I have bought the season pass a couple of times and not been given the rewards. One time they did reimburse me for that. And the latest update said we would be able to move power ups from one location to the other but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. There doesn’t appear to be an option for that. I was actually excited about that being a new feature.

    Thank you very much for playing Merge Mystery and for the feedback. We are currently working on returning the function to move from location to location. Thank you very much for your patience. Could you please contact us via the "Support" button in the game settings and tell us how many season passes you purchased that were not reimbursed? We are sorry for the inconvenience. Now buffs (stopwatches, knives, pins, etc.) go to the second tab of the backpack, and they can be moved to other houses. Put the booster in your backpack, then go to the house you want to move this item to, tap the backpack and tap the item to move it to the game board. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
  • Update ruined the game.

    Why?!

    I really used to like this game, the story was entertaining enough and the art was cute. I appreciate y’all trying to make improvements but your update made so I can’t navigate directly between boards anymore and has taken A LOT of chests and items earned from daily challenges from me!

    Days, possibly weeks of work saving daily challenge chests up, poof, gone!

    I don’t need those chests/items right away so I let them hang out in that little portal before it goes on the board and they are all gone. I had one chest sitting right up front at the farm. But it’s gone. I went to the diner board and just started pulling stuff out, there should be at least two chests from what is on the board and those are gone too!

    All this and you didn’t even fix the actual problem with your game of unusable, unbuyable, and undeleteable items. Why? Why are you cause more issues adding unnecessary stuff while ignoring the existing bugs?

    Please fix.

    Developer didn’t respond to my email about this either… 😑

    Thank you very much for playing Merge Mystery and your patience. We are currently working on returning the function to navigate directly between boards. The chests should be in the reward zone. Please contact us if they did not appear there when all of the items were placed on your board. We will send them manually. Such changes take a long time, but we hope to have this feature in our game soon. Thank you very much for waiting. We responded to your email yesterday and are sorry for the late reply.
  • Not working

    Since updating the game after starting the game up the whole thing is frozen. I haven’t been able to play since the update
  • Haven’t been able to open it for several days.

    I know others have said the same thing at different times, but now I can’t get the game to open. Before this happened I was enjoying it. I’ll try a few more times, but then if it doesn’t open I’ll move on to something else.
