Love the game but you need to be patient with updates because they tend to crash the game often. I would also love to develop each section more than allowed before moving on or go back to.Tagy66
Love this game. BUT. Non responsive to space module issue
I love playing this game and the many different concepts within it. However this is the 6. Yes 6 time I have written to them to resolve the non functioning Space module.
The fix is to skip that one group of tasks and let you continue however the group of tasks. There it is again.
REMOVE this module. Test it make sure it saves. I will test if you need someone to test but I am not going to spend time and money when you cannot get this right. FIX IT already.Show lessImpish1234567890

Episode 7 was not supposed to be available, but we could not release a fix that closes the episode right away. However, episode 7 will be officially out very soon. I downloaded this a while back and deleted it not remembering why so I gave it another shot and here it goes…
1. The energy has very limited ways to refill — 50 diamonds for the first 100 energy??! Almost all other games start with 10 for the first 100, the it cost 20, 40, 80, etc…
2. It’s a little hard to follow what I am merging for. I have to leave the game board to find out what I am merging. Totally kill the momentum.
3. Only 20 energy by watching the ads. I am not even going to comment on that
Bottom line is, I probably will delete the game again in the near future because that limited of energy is almost like an invitation to your player to delete your game. I love the story line and playing different tasks on different locations simultaneously, which makes the game very interesting. But that is just more reason to earn energy, rewards or watch ads that earn more than 20 energy…Show lesseverythingbyevans
No place for inventory
This merge games has an interesting back story. But the problem is the is no place to put extra inventory. It is inevitable that when you play you will end up with extra stuff you don’t need right away,. Part of the game is that you are given gifts to help you move be forward. But this game has no place to put that extra inventory. Instead you have to sell it . Then when you do that object you have to “merge” all over again . Seems like a waste … of timeShow lessFishinbaja
Won’t update
I have been trying to get the latest update installed. It keeps saying that there is no space but I have PLENTY of room in my memory for it. I updated it and lost everything last time. Super annoying because I can’t get anywhere. If this next update doesn’t take I’m just gonna delete and eat the lost money that I have spent in this gameShow lessbdiscuillo

I noticed when I went in the game there was a new area unlocked, so I began playing it. It had balls and a telescope of some kind. I had saved up over 20 keys in anticipation of new chapter releases. Well, when I saw this section, I decided to use my keys to open up some of the locked areas. After using all my energy, I exited the game. I came back later and it entered into the same area-from the beginning. All the areas were locked again and my keys were gone! I won’t spend another dime on this game. I feel like I’ve been stolen from.

I would love this game
But….. I go by reviews, especially recent reviews and it does not look good when they all say that there are freezes, resets, updates that do not help and developers that don’t respond to issues, lost money and paid stuff that gets eliminated when game is frozen or reinstalled. Bugs need fixing
Its a great game, I was addicted as soon as I started playing, but the ads make the game crash and I have to close out the game and wait a few minutes before starting it back up. Most times when I do start it back up, it lags so much that I have to stop playing it all together. Please fix issue thisShow lessJennifer Pointer
Crashing
This is my favorite game but now it doesn’t open. It gets up to 92% but does not open - looked for updates there are none, deleted and reinstalled - did not work. No other way to get to developers for helpMacaylas89

love the game but since i updated the game keeps crashing, and i dont wanna uninstall because of how far i’ve progressed and since i spent money on gems and stuff…. might just uninstall and not install again since it’ll just be taking up space.. hope u guys fix it soon.
edit: uninstalled the game and lost all of my data. man what the heck i spent a lot of money buying stuff. i should get a refund on everything i bought or can u guys somehow recover my lost progress??Show lesserinbuffalo
