Lost Interest in this Game
I play about six different merge games. For reference, I am at level 22. Originally, this one was at the top of the list but I’ve slowly lost interest over time. I have purchased the pass, and I like that it gives you the extra 30 energy to max out at which is unique versus other merge games out there. My biggest complaints are that the producers take up too much space on the game board. You end up with at least four producers for each one which is way too many. But you need that in order to get some of these high-level items. Currently I have so many high-level items that I need to make that I feel like I will never be able to get there. It loses its motivation then. It takes forever to get any money to buy extra slots. I end up having to sell off items because the board is so full of producers which then doesn’t help me when I need to make higher level items. Positives are that I do like the bingo side game when that comes up and relative ease at getting extra energy from your friends when requesting it. I wish other games had this. I will likely be taking a break from it soon as I’ve found other merge games more engaging at this point.Show lessDeveloper Response

I really liked this game, and it was fun, until three times in a row I accidentally pressed the button to spend gems on an item inside a bubble instead of deleting it for coins. I messaged support to ask if they could restore my coins to my account, as that's what I usually do in Merge Mansion. They told me that the only option was to "rollback" my account, but never told me what that meant, so I assumed that they were just going to give me back my gems. It took a long time for them to even do anything, and by then I had 200+ gems and didn't mind that I'd lost some anymore. Then yesterday I opened up the game to find that my progress had been completely lost. I messaged support and they said that they told me my progress would be deleted to get the gems back, which they very much did not say. And now I have even less gems than I did before, and all of my progress from the past few weeks is gone. I'm very upset by this and don't recommend ever talking to the support.Show lessDeveloper Response

I’m gonna put the update first. I was very upset that I’d been playing for so long, accomplished a lot, then lost everything. BUT the team was swift to give me back my club and my leader position. They fixed everything for me and then when I switched phones last week they did it for me again! I truly appreciate the team for working with me.
Yooo, what? I’ve been playing almost every day for several years. I’m the leader of our group and we were almost done with Bingo and now I’m just not in the group?? Did the group get deleted? I’m not playing again until I’m put back into my same group with the same rewards.Show lessDeveloper Response
