Time waster
This was a great game to brain drain to but I’ve been done with the quests for weeks, hoping for an update to add a quest. Instead tge update removed tge location navigation feature so I have to leave and look through the map. It’s no longer worth my time.

Please get back the chapter navigation
The new update allowed the booster to be carry over diff chapters but requires ridiculous amount of diamond to unlock. I really think a hundred per slot is way too much. Plus you have to reorganize the backpack
Also one used to be able to navigate btw different chapter using the scroll/arrow but you away this function. Please restore it as very frustrating to have to exit every time and look for the icon on the map.
Overall not impressed with the new update.

Waiting
This game was going okay. It can be frustrating on waiting for items to recharge, but that’s okay, makes me put it aside. However, now waiting on the next “episode”. When can we expect an update.JD confused
Paid for season pass - Didn’t actually get it!
I love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention. I’m waiting on level 8 to be released. While waiting - still able to play the daily 5 challenges - which is good. I have already gone through all my “free” season pass goodies - yeah! I just paid the extra $9.99 for the “gold” level. It took my money and then automatically put a green check mark next to every item in the “gold” column. WTH! Please let me get those items or refund my money. Thank you!Show lessUpdates - thumbs down

Tried getting more energy. Have to watch their commercials. State Of Survival will not allow you to ‘x’ out. Very frustrating. This is not the first time. Have reported it before, but it still continues.Bg Fish
You seriously need to steal from players?
I have enjoyed this game, even though it can be expensive. I value designers and their right to make money on their projects. Therefore, I always spend money in the games I play. However, you have taken it way too far. I emailed support and have not had a response, so here goes…
I upgraded the season pass for $10. I hit all 20 levels and had tons of prizes and suddenly they are gone. Even if the season is over, either leave the prizes for me to take OR next time I log on have them automatically added to my account.
The location screens have limited space and some items I had no idea where to put, but to steal them? This is like tons of money and tons of playing time and you thought this was acceptable?
Please return all items to my account or give me a refund for the money I have spent for the season pass. This is such poor behavior, and the fact that no one has answered me after the amount of money I have spent is simply pathetic.Show lessMempheesto

I’ve always played hidden object or strategy games but I gave this a try and I am hooked. It keeps me going with a variety of tasks and scenes, etc. 5 stars!javajule
New update: can’t open game
I love this game. It’s super addicting. But, ever since the update two days ago… it won’t even load all the way and then it just freezes.CarrieAnn21977
Update Crash
This game has been super fun but just updated the app today and ever since, it freezes and is unplayable. Once this is fixed up, I’d definitely recommend this gamereallifetwin
Love this game but….
Ever since I completed the most recent update I cannot get the game to open. The load bar gets to 100% then just sits there. :( this is my current favorite game and I cannot get into it.Megsterl
