Great investing ideal & invested!
So far I’ve had no issues w the app & have been using it quite a bit. I have no probs sending feedback and do often but haven’t had to reach out yet so I can’t speak to the level of customer service, but would be very surprised if it was less than excellent 🫣🫠😁tHEgOOSE2112

Great content!
The app has great content for investors who may be new to venture as well as portfolio company content featuring founders. All it needs is a Stockperks-like marketplace to provide coupons for the consumer facing products and more meaningful ways to be ambassadors for portcos, as well as for Sweater (invite a friend to well diversified venture returns!).grazingllama

The company and app are amazing! I completely understand having some bugs in the app upon launch and have already seen those problems get fixed.

Easiest way to invest in the venture capital asset class
Big fan and supporter of Sweater. I loved how easy it was to invest and track which companies I’ve invested in through the fund. The recurring investment option makes this an easy set and forget, much like a 401k long-term strategy. Excited to back and learn about the next generation of venture-backed rocketships! As for app functionality, I’ve had no issues logging in or navigating the app. If you are having those issues, be proactive and email support instead of leaving a bad review.
Also, the explainer videos the app forces you to watch before investing and the final “complete” button are very clear that your money will be invested immediately after pressing the button, and there is no way to get your money out until the 2 withdrawal periods every year. Don’t blame Sweater that you didn’t pay attention to their policies. Watch the videos and be 100% sure you are ready to invest your money with no ability to withdraw for a while.Yo Mama700!
Easy to use & great tool
I found the app and account set up very easy.! 😀 Even family & friends have the same feedback. Really like how you can get to the website of each company they have in the portfolio. While I’m in this for the long term, like how you can check your account with ease at any time. 👏RA Eagle
Extremely efficient, responsive, peace of mind
Love the fund. The founding members have personally messaged and called me after investment. They are extremely knowledgeable and excited about their future as a fund. Their due diligence goes above and beyond and their work ethic is unparalleled. This will eventually equate in the funds value. App very useful. Happy to have a percentage here. Thanks.Slazar33
Exciting Work in Progress
The app certainly isn’t perfect- I’d say it was probably launched as a minimum viable product- but I think it’s awesome what they’re trying to accomplish. I think it’s worth it to deal with the half-baked app in order to be able to invest a safe amount of your portfolio in VC. Hopefully this will help level the investing playing field for lower net worth individuals.BotanicalAnimalFan
