Unable to save to app

Installed okay, scanned code okay but asked for a TAN which I don’t have so unable to save scan. Therefore useless.

Dear User, Thank you very much for your review. The TAN is a one time use code, which is associated with the specific QR Code. In order to import the Certificate into the wallet correctly, the TAN and it's QR Code must be used. You will get a new TAN in the app afterwards, in case you need to import it into a second device.

Download was easy, scan also easily done BUT it then asks for the TAN. Who, what and where can I find this TAN? Seems I can’t continue without it.

Dear 5B4AJG, Please can you visit www.eudcc.gov.cy and generate a new Certificate. You will find the TAN under the QR Code. Please note that the TAN is a one time use password, used for security purposes. You should scan the QR Code from your PC Screen, and Enter the TAN at that point. We hope this info helps

Too basic, don’t bother to download

Don’t waste your time trying to download or use this app. Just useless. There are other more advanced apps that allow you to store your vaccination eu certificate in the apple wallet. This “official app” is just a waste of time as you have yo use this app to store your certificate.
