With GoSurvey App, you can simply scan the receipt of the store and directly take part in the survey, at the end of the survey you will be provided with a validation code that can be used on your next visit to the store.

-Yearly subscription price is $9.99 with 3 days free trial. Every 1 year your subscription renews.
Information about subscription auto-renewal:-
-Subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
-The user can manage subscriptions and turn auto-renewal off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
-Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Improved UI - Now easily scan receipts, take surveys and enjoy rewards & vouchers.
I’d love to write a review for this app since it seems like it has potential, but unfortunately it is non-functional at the moment. Uploading receipts leads to a black screen and eventually crashes the app.
