This app is super frustrating to try and use. I sent a message, it looks like it was sent (is marked sent), but then it comes up as a “draft” again. There is no record of messages sent. This seems like these should be simple features to include. So confusing.Developer Response
Hi, this sounds as though you have not yet activated your account. You would be notified via the app that your email has not yet been verified. We send a welcome email with a verification link when you first set up your account. If you need this email resent please contact our support team who can action this for you.App doesn’t work

Hi, we are sorry that you had such a poor experience with our app on your device. We ahve made changes to those screens now to allow a greater proportion of the scrollable area to be seen on smaller devices. If you are able to update to 1.3.3 we hope that you have a much better experience.Account

Hi, thank you for taking the time to give some feedback on the eMates app. Due to a change in payment provider and delays in getting that approved and tested, that feature is expected in the next release.
