Good app but there are issues
The app generally functions well, but I'm not seeing the JAMDEX "Exchange" option on my Lynk app. I'm using an iPhone 13 running iOS 16.5. I contacted Lynk, and they informed me that they are investigating the issue. It has been ongoing for a few days now. Initially, I thought the problem might be specific to my device, but I noticed the option appearing on another iPhone (SE 2020). I'm trying to determine whether the issue is related to my phone settings or a problem with my account setup. I'm curious to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. While I do receive some form of response from the company, I'm still frustrated by the inability to directly speak with someone.

Customer support is trash
Ive been waiting 3 weeks now for a simple passcode reset after sending them all the required personal info. So I still can’t log into my account and at this point it doesn’t even seem like they are working on anything. Other apps can have that done instantly. This app wasn’t ready to go online when it launched. Its sad to have your money tied up for so long and can’t access it.

Display ID
I didn’t know that I wouldn’t be able to change the display ID after making a deposit and it bugs me a lot that both my surname and given name is being showed as the ID. If they could change this it would really increase the friendliness of the app. Also the verification still needs improvement.

Worst app ever. Wouldn’t recommend customer service is trash and the app it self only work for NCB customers which make zero sense to me.
