I’m so fed up with MyVanilla! My card was flagged so they deactivated it THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU I called support to get the card reactivated so I could get gas now I have to wait 7-14 days for a new card. I tried to tell them I’m the only one that uses the card and listed my recent transactions and cost which they confirmed but still refused to reactivate it.
I’m through with this company. When my new card comes I’m withdrawing all the money and calling to deactivate the card and taking my business to a different card company. No one should use MyVanilla PERIOD.Show lessVANILLA IS A SCAM!
This company is a complete scam! Can’t use my money despite the fact I’ve waited the 24 hours, my card is active, I have plenty of balance on my card, and no other rules for the use of the card is applicable for my case! Their website works about 20% of the time, otherwise I get a system error. The only way to contact them is through the mail (not EMAIL, I mean MAIL), or their crappy customer “care” number that’s completely automated and gives you no chance to speak to a human. It’s unbelievable this card is sold in every major retail store yet you can’t spend your money! This company deserves to be sued and every person in charge needs to be in prison for FRAUD. I will be attempting to get a refund from the store I bought this from. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM VANILLA AS POSSIBLE!Show lessWaste of money
I can't comment on the app, because the card they sold me was invalid on its face (missing card number). All they can do is issue me a new card, hopefully within two weeks, at which point it will be too late to give as a gift.
