SCAM no return’s unless you pay for it
They send me Jordan 1s I won off a raffle sent me them directly in the shoe box they came crushed one the shoes is no longer wearable do to the sole coming off! Yet customer service direct me to pay for the return and to order from somewhere else if I don’t like the customer service this place is garbage!!

I won a raffle for a pair of shoes and never received them. I tried contacting Foot patrol but never got a response or a refund.but

This app is pretty much garbage. At first I could enter raffles but now without fail I always get an error message when I enter raffles. I email support and they always have the same response saying to contact my bank or they try to say my payment details are wrong. My bank said it’s not them and my payment details are correct. Support has no idea what they are doing and after I tell them my bank said it’s not them and my details are correct they just stop responding to me. Waste of time.

Payment Error
The app makes it impossible to enter any raffles. Every single time I get a payment error message and it doesn’t work. Tried so many times and even deleted and reinstalled the app. Total waste of time and just a bunch of frustration. 😡

Never win anything, when you do win they send you an email saying there was an issue? Don’t waste your time or possibly have your money stolen…
