Terrible payment gateway, terrible customer service
I made an enquiry from the customer support before I decided to use this app for a payment I was assured of how seamless the service is which promoted me to try it out. Considering that the purchase I was trying to use the virtual dollar card for is huge I tried transferring a small amount which was deposited almost immediately, I decided to deposit a larger amount and it’s been almost 24hrs I’m still yet to receive the money in my payday app neither do I have the reversal of the money in my account. I contacted my bank first thing today to know if the transaction was successful and I was assured to contact the other person I sent the money to as the money have been deposited to the person account till now I’m still yet to receive my money and I’m almost at the deadline for the purchase I wanted to make also the customer service takes hours to respond to complaint. I hate to do this but I wouldn’t recommend this service to anymore. If I could do a zero star I honestly would . This people have me on ropes cause I’m about to lose a lot of money to them.Show lessYngbby1
My payday experience
I’ve been using payday for about a month now and my experience with the virtual card payment has not been good. I was overcharged and I wrote to support and got no response. I was totally ignored. I’m just wondering the system they have in place. People’s monies are involved. You should attend to every messages on your app, either directly or via email. I have checked my email and the app message space for days now. All I see is message unread. Kindly revert please.Show lessConnsyd
Great application just fix a few display issues
I’m new to payday and it’s a great app; works well and the cards pay seamlessly online.
The only thing i see is sometimes the usd account may not display and the fixed buttons in some layouts interfere with the forms and the scroll bounces back under the button. I think the buttons should scroll; it’s natural; people will scroll down to continue.

Slow response and poor bank transfer system
For real I’m impressed with the rate at which they swap but I think they need to do more in aspect of NGN bank transfer and rapid response to customers complain and also quick delivery to every bank transferred intoObA✌️
