Payday Stole $187 from my card, No answer from customer care.
If there's a negative star here, i would have selected it. they stole $187 of my money from my card, promised a refund that i never got, i can't withdraw any money from my card now, i'm missing $187 and they're customer support is not answering. all this upcoming fintech apps god forbid, please don't download, better you use Chipper Cash or Grey, much better imo. It’s a big Scam and disappointed in myself that I fell for it
I could not withdraw from the virtual card and when logging back in, a transfer had been done from the card to a said “Blessing Oko”. Forget that money but even to close the account, not possible. I had to contact them through instagram and I was blocked by their Paydaysupport handle, the other handle is yet to respond. Even after someone finally responding to my chat via the online app, it was a one liner and I quote “Are the funds still on your card “. Shouldn’t they know from the backend. I don’t usually fall for such but I believe this is a scam and I will take it up to the highest level. They should be blocked from App Store, Wema Bank which a sub account was created and all other platforms. I now have to reach out to my contact at Efcc and send a mail to CBN in this regard. I strongly advise staying away from this app or so called institution.Show lesstolanih81
