  • Not worth it

You basically have to use your phone if you want to use this as the Alexa app doesn’t work (false advertising as they claim there is a way to use it but it doesn’t work) no Sonos or other way to play it through a speaker system without carrying your phone. Very limited number of frequencies and it is near impossible to cancel your trial or membership. I keep getting. Barges even though I have deleted my account
  • Want to play through my home Sanos app

I can’t figure out how to play through sanos app. Is there a way to do this?
  • Love the sounds terrible app

    Hi

I cannot get this app to work - it constantly shuts off will not play on my Marshall speaker or my Sonos even using airplay. I have uninstalled reinstalled and wasted maybe three plus hours trying to get this to work. I have contacted customer support and they never got back to me. I guess if you are fine playing this in your headphones or on your devices speaker I bet it will work. I am just frustrated and disappointed because I would love to use this.
  • Purchased yearly subscription but won’t let me use app

So far I am not having a good experience. I purchased a year subscription but I continue to get an error that “something unexpected happened”

I am looking forward to use this technology because I truly believe in frequency healing the mind, body and spirit.

Any suggestions on what to do?

    Thanks
  • Glitchy

Cannot tell if I like the content or not because the app keeps pausing in the middle of my sessions 😓 haven’t been able to complete a whole one yet
  • Almost perfect!

Great app for tuning your body to natural frequencies. Recently I noticed (with the last couple updates) that the volume lowers automatically when swiping out of the app. I don’t like that I have to keep re-adjusting the volume when I want to let it play but use other apps. I hope this can be fixed in the next updates. Thank you!
  • A small suggestion

Hello, I do really love the power of frequencies and feel like your compositions work very well, I have tried the app in the past and just got it again, however I wish that the volume could be lowered separately in the dual audio mode, I find them all to be incredibly distracting under any music or podcast, and I wish that there was an option for the frequency to be super quiet, or silent if that’s even possible? I just think it becomes distracting and I’m not able to have it going in the background.

    Developer Response

Thank you so much for your feedback and for sharing your experience with our app. We're thrilled to hear that you love the power of frequencies and find our compositions effective. We understand your concern about the volume control in dual audio mode. We want you to know that we've been working on this feature, and it will be available in an upcoming update. Soon, you will be able to adjust the frequency volume separately, allowing you to enjoy your music or podcast without distraction. We appreciate your patience and continued support. Stay tuned for the update, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other suggestions or questions.
  • Wonderful- UI/UX needs to accommodate visually impaired

I love this app. I have been using the app daily for over 1 week. I can already see an improvement in sleep duration and quality, meditation and overall good feeling since listening. I do have some feedback on the app interface and services.
1). The white on blue text in App is really difficult to read, even with my glasses on… might need to check contrast guidelines for visually impaired.
2). I do think $30/month is steep price for access to the frequencies. That’s all I want access to. Have you considered offering another Tier in the $10 range to only access frequencies? 3)I feel that this app needs an intro video or Start Here feature to show users all that you offer for $30/month and how best to use the app to get the most out of it. For example should I be listening to frequencies while driving? Is there a max time to listen to frequencies for? I believe these can be very powerful… can you over do it and cause harm?

I hope you take my feedback as a way to improve on an amazing and very useful app. Thank you!
  • I wrote a negative review and it was deleted

Not a good app or company to deal with.

  • No functions in free mode

After downloading and inserting a ton of my own personal information just to get into the app, the only option is to start a subscription. Nothing can be used other than a guided walkthrough on functionality.
