App continually Freezes
App seems to always freeze. I use other apps but I’m unable to control zoom and such. Not happy might returnnever rings or notifications
Face Tracking
The functionality of the face tracking feature is terrible after the latest update. There used to be a button to select face or object tracking and then the system would do its magic. It was great because I have to shoot video of myself by myself and it acts like a virtual cameraman. Now you can’t really select a face to track from behind the camera when you need to be in front of it. Very disappointed. This was the only reason I got this gimbal. Virtually worthless for me now. Please bring back that button for selecting face tracking or object tracking 🙏🙏🙏.Show lessCarlosRossiMC
Missing features
The only reason I downloaded the app was for seamless zoom and it is not available on iPhone 15 pro maxmarooner
No face/object tracking while in Timelapse mode?!!
I’ve searched and searched but no longer see this option anymore. The previous version did allow this (even though I had to go to video mode, enable tracking, track, switch back to Timelapse mode). Shouldn’t this be a standard option for all gimbals? Especially $150+ tag priceWasp221
Erased My Footage
Recently recorded a 45 minute video at a conference for a client of mine and once I ended the recording I discovered that the footage had been erased (or was never saved). As a result I had nothing to give my client and had it not been for their understanding, I could’ve lost business. I would’ve used my phone’s native camera but 99% of the gimbal functionality is locked behind this awful app. This is a horribly optimized app/gimbal combo. Expensive Gimbal, junky and useless app
So this Gimbal is an expensive toy that makes it seem like it’s it’s going to be awesome. Its trash. The app is very hard to use. First thing I had to do was update the firmware through the app but it did it through Bluetooth so it just took hours. Everything is done through the app. The app have poor ratings. So if you have an item that needs the app to work it’s basically a brick. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to properly use this thing and have
Given up. It’s a bad app. With the app being so bad it makes this gimbal unusable because all it does is beep and come up with error code 3. To fix the error code 3 issue I have to spend 15 minutes trying to find the manual or from kind of FAQ. There is no manual for the gimbal and even after following the directions for the gimbal I can’t get the device to stop beeping.Show lessApp works great on my iPhone 6

Keeps crashing after update
App will not open or load past the splash screen and immediately crashes after the last 2 app updates. I’m on a iPhone 6 and the app has worked in the past after updates, but not working now.Time lapse / slow motion nuisance app issue
I had an opportunity to do an incredible time lapse with the orange Sunset and the time left. Every time I press start did not work, and I finally lost the sunset. I was so mad.
And for some odd reason it loves to do slow motion when I don’t want some motion on some shots if there’s no movement, and there’s sudden motion it’ll turn into slow motion and it’s really a nuisance when I have to go and edit it to fix it.Show lessZaelikewoah
