Two huge missing features for me
The app is great, and largely functional, but it lacks the ease of a one tap “download all” function. It shouldn’t require me adding 1,300 songs to a playlist to get my songs downloaded. I also wish I could shuffle play from my list of songs. I have requested this a couple years ago and nothing has been done about it. It really needs to be done to make this a drop in replacement for any major streaming app, as they all have these features!

Much better than jellyfin

I tried to use the native jellyfin app to stream music but I found that jellyfin stops playing the music as soon as I leave the app. Major dealbreaker! Good thing this app exists. I love the new UI change in the beta. Though I would love a feature to auto populate a playlist randomly or based on listening history. At least I saw that jellyfin can create a playlist randomly.

Actually works
I give it 4 stars for being the only Jellyfin app that remotely works for me, but it still has problems with my 100k+ track library. Downloading my main playlist of 900 tracks brings the entire app to a grinding halt and doing anything (even listening to tracks that are already downloaded) is a hair trigger that causes it to crash half the time. Really hope this gets improved as the app otherwise works great in offline mode.

A mostly unpleasant experience
Downloading songs doesn’t work at all. If a song is downloaded, it refuses to play until I delete the local copy. And streaming is very unpleasant, as even streaming through the local network means at least a thirty second to minute long gap between songs while it tries to load. This problem doesn’t exist with the Jellyfin app.

You can shuffle a library by going to the "songs" tab and using the shuffle button in the bottom right :)
Good music control but missing one feature
This is the only jellyfin app that has any kind of Carplay functionality. Its still missing an icon on the carplay dashboard and ability to navigate it like any other music app. But at least it plays music during carplay and i can close the screen and still have it play, unlike the other apps.

Fantastic App
Great music player for Jellyfin server. I appreciate the simplicity and responsiveness of the interface, and also the offline downloading feature. I switched recently when I was experiencing issues with the Jellyfin app not allowing app to run in background.
Needs OPUS support
Excellent app, works great except it won’t play .opus files which do stream in other apps. Transcoding for them doesn’t work either.
