I have noticed that your app so far is working very strong and the Battery Life seems to be very strong which is very important very good for the smart watch device, keep it up, I just hope the band will last for a long time. And that you offer a replacement for free if it should brake. Thanks. And all the other things the smart watch offers is great keeping track of many things. So far I love it. Keep in touch with me. So far it offers more than the Fitbit. And I hope to see it last much longer. I first started with the Fitbit. I need a very good watch, I had a very serious operation and I could have died, and Fitbit helped me. But now I am relying on the Fitdock. To take me through. As I continue to Step out. And much more, I need your help and support. I was offered a free Fitbit every two years. But that was ended. That was very wrong. But I believe better with your Smart watch. Freddy.

Works Okay
I purchased the watch on a whim after my Apple Watch finally died. $20 regular with $7 off. Figured it was worth a shot. For how cheap the watch feels so far so good. I wouldn’t say it’s data is 100% accurate but it’s pretty close to previous recorded data from similar activities. The watch app could be better. The app doesn’t really show everything the watch can do. If you forget to log a workout on the watch there isn’t a section in the app to add a workout or see what workouts are recognized. Also you have to remember to sync the watch to the app daily for results. Although connected with Bluetooth it is not auto updating. The watch gallery is inaccessible. I always have a “No internet connection” message when trying to view different faces despite having an internet connection/ plugging the watch into a computer with internet. I touch brand definetly did the app better but this is so far worth the price.

I love how the app has no glitches and that it works so much better than the other apps I had for other watches I think that it works perfectly I think though that the screen when u swipe or move your finger it is a tiny bit unclear like it isn’t crystal clear performance like a phone so in my opinion I would like u guys to do a update on screen movements and performance But overall it is good

Great app
This is an amazing app overall but has a few flaws like you can’t change the calorie goals to something slightly attainable. A great thing to add would be so that it would record your average calorie burn and use that to set a more reachable target but as said before, it’s a great app overall, it’s easy to use and understand, if your someone who’s looking into this, I would absolutely recommend using this app, if your the person who made this and is reading this, you have done a great job with this app

Can’t download any watch faces! Frustrating!
I just got my watch and downloaded the app. Every time I click on the watch face gallery it says “Oops! Your internet connection is not stable! Please check your internet connection and try again.”
There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I need to be able to download a watch face that I can see. I can’t see any of the ones provided.

Works well. Economical.
This smartwatch is very economically priced. It is easy to set up and keeps good track of the body-performance measures it is supposed to . I am not sure about its footstep-count accuracy, in that it usually differs from the count recorded on my Fitbit smartwatch. That does not matter to me personally, because I only use that stat for relative day-to-day comparison. All the other stats recorded seem pretty accurate. The watch is definitely waterproof. Itʻs the only watch I wear in, on, or around water (both salt and fresh)! The screen is bright and clear, and there are many watchface designs to choose from, including color photographs from your cellphoneʻs photo gallery.
This smartwach is a really good deal, and I would recommend it for sure!

I like it!
This app is mostly good for me; however, there is one thing I’d like to see improved: the sleep tracking feature. I wake up often in the middle of the night (as I just did and am now writing this), and the app doesn’t count or track it. This has also happened on other nights when I woke up for a shorter duration and it went uncounted. At the very least, I’d like to be able to log my wake ups as I do sleep hours- which it didn’t even count my 3.5 hours I got tonight.
The rest of the features seem pretty okay! Overall I’m happy with the app but I really wish the sleep tracking was improved as I need it medically. Thanks!

Tracking and syncing are not accurate
I have been wearing this watch for some time now and I love the tracking it has through the app. I wish it had a strength training tracking on it but I substitute that with the yoga mode. My only other complaint is that the app says the watch keeps 7 days of tracking on the actual device but in reality it is only 2-3 days. I usually try to sync the device up with the app twice a week, but to keep accurate track, I need to sync it three times a week.

This app works very well and has a lot of great features and they are easy to use.
You do have to spend some time experimenting to find them. It’s all about what you scroll to, in what direction and what you click through.
