Almost pointless
App is buggy, sometimes recognises devices and other times you go down an endless rabbit hole of restarting and redownloading the wifi/software manager - only for it to tell you once you’ve completed your firmware update, that’s it’s still NOT the latest version. Shocking.
Helpful options
I’m in the tree removal business and we use these in our every day it would be nice if you offer a product line that cater to us. Since they improve human safety in my career field. But with the app. When using group mesh can we see who is in our group while in group mesh?? Might be a nice add on!!
SMH10 not supported.
Unfortunately my SMH10 module is not supported. Pity as the module still works well after perhaps 10 years of use. Still has great battery life and it works as well as it ever did.
If it is possible to enable these older modules you would have three happy customers as my wife and buddy also use the same module.

Not sure why the negativity
It works out of the box. Used Spotify and Intercom with another helmet and it worked flawlessly. Sat next to each other on the couch connected for over thirty minutes and had no issues with connectivity or dropping out as other users complained about. Perhaps they need to update firmware on the actual helmet. I could potentially see an issue arising with streaming music switching between carrier towers when travelling - but Bluetooth was and should always be stable.

Can’t wait for another company to do better
For the very rare time it works. Great. But if it does, just give it an half hour or so and and something will screw it up. Most of the features don’t even work as advertised and If you do change a setting or turn something on, something else breaks. This app is embarrassing and I will never buy a sena product again

Works until it doesn’t
Unit worked great out of the box. Now that it needs an update Sena wants me to connect it to my PC. But the cable they give me won’t connect and now I can’t listen to music over my helmet because they don’t actually have the ability to update this anymore in a realistic way. Sena you make great equipment but terrible interfaces. Maybe get with the program and realize that it’s 2024 and you shouldn’t need 3 different devices to make your 1 thing work.

Will not connect, this app or the mesh
Can’t even connect to the app!
Won’t connect on the app
Stuck on the connection screen, 20 evo is ready paired. Seems to be a common issue sent doesn’t seem to care. Most likely try to move friends and other riders to Cardo.
As expected
I was scared when I red the comments, but it is actually really simple to connect the sena to your phone, it took me 5 min and i was on the road. Ok yes you need to search on the settings when you want something specific, but i am more than happy that I bought the sena 50s. You’ll see, with a little bit of patience, the app is fine !

Avoid this surveillance app
I bought a Sena 20 S Evo dual intercom system. I bought this simply to talk a fellow passenger, and Bluetooth music while riding.
I paid a lot of money for an intercom system. After buying the system, now I am told by your privacy policy that every bit of data the app can scrape, including people, I associate with, interactions I have on unrelated applications, and events, and even tracking real time my movements must be agreed to to use the product that I paid for. This is exploitation, and is dishonest in the sense that I paid for a product that I now cannot use, without paying again by forfeiting my privacy, and submitting to surveillance.
After reading the privacy policy, I do not see an opt out link.
This is unacceptable.
Is there a solution that I was not able to find? If there is no solution, then a full refund is the only acceptable alternative. If a customer wishes to agree to surveillance, that is their choice, but they should always have the ability to opt out if not.
Until an easily selected “opt-out” option is provided, this product should be avoided
