Pretty good!
I honestly don’t know why this app has so many bad reviews. Downloaded it, turned helmet on, paired with phone and the app picked it up straight away. Updating to the latest firmware was simple and done in 5 mins. Decent little app, read/follow the instructions and you should have no issues.ChosenChappers
Random volume increases
Im over the random volume resets. Volume is fine, turn headset off, refuel, turn headset on and find some of the volumes set to 100% again only because it blasts my ears and I rarely have anything above about 50%.
Can I just delete the app and have it right all the time because the app is a jokeI_happen

Works Fine
Had the Sena 50s around two weeks now. Easy install and setup. Works fine, the 50s and the iPhone app are just fine. Also the Wi-Fi to usb download adapter also works as advertised.
I only have one question, what exactly does the button on the bottom do? The ambient button.

Worst app ever
Sena really needs to review their IT department.
The Device manager looks like a windows 95 program, it took me a while to update the firmware. Not user friendly at all.
But this review is not about device manager, it’s about the app. Once I updated the firmware, the app seems to detect the device but it keeps spinning for ever and nothing happens.
I have a SMH10.

It takes forever to open it up, but because it allows you to add a number to speed dial it is worth it.sglobodnik

Sena App Completely Useless
This app is dreadful, followed very closely by the utter incompetence of the ‘help desk’ which consists of asking you to carry out the same functions you have been doing all along, but with zero success. For the cost of these helmets, I am utterly disgusted in how Sena believe that their product is fit for purpose…avoid at all costs. It’s easier to use two paper cups with string in between, held by one hand, whilst riding the bike with the other….
I’m trying my best to get a refund for this helmet, but it’s easier to play fog. Instead, I’m just in a loop to repeat, scream, email Sena, repeat…it’s a tedious task - save yourself the hassle and buy another, more reputable brand of helmet and leave these jokers to pat themselves on the back in their belief that their helmet is brilliant…it is not. It’s deserving of the bin, after smacking it off the heads of the idiots who designed the firmware, app and interface for both…what a load of hoop.Show lessPaulG161
Does not connect with my Sena 10S
Hi I am trying to connect my Sena 10 to Sena Motorcycle app for iOS and it keeps on showing me a message “let’s get your device connected” while the device is already connected and I can make calls and listen to music.
I want to use the app as it offers pairing with other headsets / riders and better UI.

Worthless app
For as much as i paid for my sena mesh system you would think it would be easy to update.
Nothing work on this app. The firmware cannot be updated, i have tried every single method available to me and it will not work. Constantly disconnect from the wifi. Just worthless.
For what you charge people you need to do better.
No excuse for such terrible work.
