Embarrassing for Sena
Seems I have the same problem as the majority of reviewers, srl-mesh connection to phone ok. Everything works as it should, with the exception of this app which can’t find the srl-mesh….🤬 Very poor!
Great sound & connectivity
Not the easiest to set up but once you do the app works well and controls the headset great!
Neotec2 and SRL2 - Great Product Pairing!
Bought my SRL2 for my Neotec2 helmet back in 2020. Never had a problem with either the helmet or the intercom system.
Been wearing Shoei helmets ( advanced instructor) for twenty years and love them. This SRL 2 intercom is brilliant, It connects my iPhone instantly and runs my gps and music perfectly.
Plugged the helmet into my laptop a few mins ago, the Sena software instantly told me a firmware update was available. I clicked on ‘update’ and it completed in a couple of minutes with no issues.
All in all, I’m very happy with this system it does exactly what it promises, no fuss.

Pretty good!
I honestly don’t know why this app has so many bad reviews. Downloaded it, turned helmet on, paired with phone and the app picked it up straight away. Updating to the latest firmware was simple and done in 5 mins. Decent little app, read/follow the instructions and you should have no issues.
Random volume increases
Im over the random volume resets. Volume is fine, turn headset off, refuel, turn headset on and find some of the volumes set to 100% again only because it blasts my ears and I rarely have anything above about 50%.
Can I just delete the app and have it right all the time because the app is a joke

Connected to my 50r straight away, shows software version, battery percentage, can skip music, setup speed dial, happy days!
Works Fine
Had the Sena 50s around two weeks now. Easy install and setup. Works fine, the 50s and the iPhone app are just fine. Also the Wi-Fi to usb download adapter also works as advertised.
I only have one question, what exactly does the button on the bottom do? The ambient button.

Worst app ever
Sena really needs to review their IT department.
The Device manager looks like a windows 95 program, it took me a while to update the firmware. Not user friendly at all.
But this review is not about device manager, it’s about the app. Once I updated the firmware, the app seems to detect the device but it keeps spinning for ever and nothing happens.
I have a SMH10.

Slow but worth it because of speed dial
It takes forever to open it up, but because it allows you to add a number to speed dial it is worth it.
Pas terrible
